By commissioning me in any way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
I have the right to limit how many commissions I accept at any given time.
By commissioning me you are agreeing to my terms.PAYMENT
I currently only accept payments in USD through Ko-fi. If you need to use a different payment system, please message me before requesting a commission.
Commissions will be paid either 100% upfront or after speaking to me BEFOREHAND, split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
DON'T send me any payment before I have agreed to your commission (I will accept the request if I take the commission so there is no need to pay through tipping).REFUNDS
The buyer is not allowed a refund after I have started working on the piece (I will message you before I am about to start to give room for cancellation).
If you cancel your order before I start working on it, you can receive a full refund.
If I am unable to complete a commission for any reason, a full refund will be granted.
By commissioning me you are agreeing to NOT issuing a chargeback (PayPal, etc.); if one is issued, evidence will be sent to support—including but not limited to—my terms and all communication I have had with you, the commissioner, to show progress.COPYRIGHT & USAGE
I (the artist),
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason;
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork unless the rights have been purchased;
I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork;
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio.AS THE CLIENT/COMMISSIONER
You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD services, creating prints, NFTs, AI, etc.) unless a deal is made otherwise.
You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes without my (the artist's) consent, unless the rights have been purchased from me.
THE FOLLOWING IS CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially—means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms;
Claiming the artwork as your own;
Altering the artwork without my consent;
In some cases, the commercial rights to the image may be purchased.
